These guys were absolutely the best movers we have ever used. We have moved 7 time in our lives and no one was better than these guys. They protected out new floors and carpets and were very conscientious with everything. Everyone should use them.

We were recommended to use Cool Springs Relocation by a friend whom had used their services before. We were needing to move quickly and Cool Springs Relocation was the most reasonable in prices. During the services, Sean and Josh helped us moved and was very accommodating. We had huge dresser drawers that needed to move from downstairs and they moved it upstairs. They were awesome and very nice.

I didn't realize how bad our previous movers were until we used Cool Springs Relocation. Our previous movers did not properly wrap and protect our furniture, and, as a result we found several pieces of damage furniture. Cool Springs may not be the cheapest, but they take extra time to protect your furniture making it well worth the price( you get what you pay for).</p>

We used Cool Springs Relocation (CSR) when another very unprofessional mover quit on us in the middle of moving my 84 year old mother into an independent living facility. CSR could not have been more of a GODSEND to jump right in and finish the move! They are so incredibly kind, responsible, easy to communicate with, professional, efficient, pleasant and AMAZING. They were so great with my mom's move that we booked them again to move our son and his belongings into his new place post-college. If we ever have need to move anyone again, we will use CSR!! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs PROFESSIONAL movers. Don't get stuck with folks who aren't licensed and insured--like the ones who quit on us on our first move. You can count on CSR to make the headache of moving THE MOST PLEASANT experience ever.

Joshua and his team were absolutely top notch. He arrived, on time and in a shirt and tie for our quote. He and his team showed up to do our packing and move - they worked tirelessly all day for 3 days. All his staff were extremely professional - I believe they're all background checked and experts in the industry. They packed and moved our house with great care. I was shocked to see how much detail goes into making sure things are properly cared for. You can certainly hire less expensive movers, but if you want your things well taken care of and to feel comfortable with other people handing your house, Cool Springs Relocation is the place to go to.

I have moved many times but have never had such a professional job! First all the doorways were wrapped with blankets, runners were laid down to protect the floors and each piece of furniture was wrapped before it was moved. Not one thing was marred in any way. And the guys were professional and fun. They treated each piece with gentle concern. I highly recommend them for any move you might have!!

Excellent service!!! Josh made sure all my belongings were packed securely for the long distance travel to Florida. He was such a trooper and unloaded everything in the mist of heavy rainfall from a tropical storm. I would highly recommend!!

My family and I were very pleased with Cool Springs Relocation. From the initial quote all the way to seeing the last box unloaded, the crew and owners of this company were top notch. The quote was accurate (no surprises!), the crew was competent and honest and handled our belongings like they were their own. Everything made it to our new home (200 miles away) in one piece and no rooms were damaged in the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a mover. They were exceptional!

Great moving experience! Josh and the entire team did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked nonstop. All four were very professional and friendly. They carefully wrapped each item before loading it on the truck and made sure that everything was the way we wanted it in our new home before they left. The team was amazing! Mary and Josh had everything well planned in advance. On packing and moving day, the team showed up down to the minute on when they said they would arrive. I was moved in almost 1/2 the time I was with a previous moving company just 9 months ago! They guys are extremely cool to chat with as well. I highly recommend Cools Springs Relocation. Cool Springs Relocation packed up our downstairs, stored it, and moved it back in a week later because we were having our floors refinished.          I have moved several times over the last 10 years, and without exception, Cool Springs Relocation is THE best moving company with which i have EVER worked. Josh and Sean showed up right on time, were kind and friendly and took great care with all of my things. I had some things that were still unpacked, but they came prepared. They took great care to pack up all my things, some of them which were very fragile. I would recommend them to any and every one, and would not even consider using anyone else again.

         Joshua and his team were refreshingly professional about every single thing involved with packing our house and loading our truck. They had our 3200 sq ft house loaded in under six hours.        The best moving experience ever!! After 39 years of marriage, we have collected a good amount of antiques and art and moved numerous times. This was by far the most professional and well done move ever. I love the fact that they do background checks on all their workers, plus take the time to train. I've never had such care taken with my belongings and home. This is the first time I've ever been able to make a move without a single claim and we have tons of stuff. I would highly recommend them to anyone who cares about the condition of their belongings and home.

           Beyond impressed with these guys! So thorough and more than competent packing and moving our things. We have quite a bit of antique furniture, which they handled with utmost care. Not a single thing scratched or broken. They took the time to pack and load very carefully, and then stuck around upon delivery to make sure everything was put back together and into its proper place. They didn't leave until they knew we were completely happy, and we were!!! I highly recommend using this company, and will again!!
